The product will only be received if it is defective, this means that it arrives broken at its destination or if it can not work properly.
Before requesting a refund, contact us at hey@tioobjects.com within seven business days of your purchase, informing us of the reason for the refund of your request.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be presented in the same condition it was received, unused, as well as in its original packaging.
tioobjects will be responsible for all costs of returns and exchange of products in case of damage.
If a discount was applied at the time of purchase, tioobjects will only reimburse the actual amount paid.
